Bobi Dimond is a photographer specializing in portraiture, weddings and fine art. She has received numerous awards, exhibited her work in museums and galleries throughout the country and has been widely published in the print media.
Bobi has attended workshops with several prominent masters of American photography including Ansel Adams, Jerry Ulesman, Arnold Newman, and Cole Weston. Bobi’s Atlanta studio features a wall of signed VIP portraits shot over the last 27 years including such celebrities as Sylvester Stallone, former President and Hillary Clinton, Yanni, Elton John, Gloria Steinem, and numerous artistic and political figures. Bobi came back from a trip to Italy 27 years ago and became a photographer. A dream came true the summer of 2001 when she returned for a month to photograph the country in a wide variety of photographic genres from color, dreamlike black and white infrared, Polaroid transfers, and etched Polaroids. She is in several Collections including Miami-Dade Art in Public Places, Sanford L. Ziff Jewish Museum, Miami Beach, The Art Museum at Florida International University, Miami, William Bremen Jewish Home, Atlanta, & Storer Broadcasting. Her Publications include Popular Photography, Studio Photography, Rendezvous E-zine, and Art Works – A Photo Journal.
